The location was fantastic, right next to the pistes, making ski access incredibly convenient. Our family room was quite spacious and offered stunning views of the mountains, creating a lovely retreat after a day of skiing. The hotel also provided an excellent range of wellness treatments, which were a perfect way to unwind.
The WiFi was a bit spotty at times, which made it challenging for keeping in touch or planning activities.

Luxurious rooms with stunning mountain views offer a serene setting, making it comfortable to unwind after a day of skiing. The breakfast buffet features a diverse selection that sets a high bar for the day ahead.
The €25 daily parking fee feels excessive, especially when there's free parking just around the corner. the spa area is cramped and can feel overcrowded during peak hours, which could dampen the relaxation experience. Lastly, the smoking policies need clearer enforcement as smoke from nearby balconies can intrude into non-smoking areas, diminishing the fresh mountain air you’d expect.

Awesome family vacation!
The family room was huge and super comfy. The indoor playground kept the kids entertained for hours. The restaurant served breakfast that made us want to wake up early, though there could've been more options. One thing, the WiFi was a bit spotty sometimes. it was a blast!

We enjoyed a deluxe junior suite with a fantastic view of the mountains. Spa facilities included amazing massage treatments and a sauna which made the relaxation perfect after skiing. The restaurant served delicious five-course dinners, and the breakfast was outstanding, with fresh pastries and organic juices. Ana, our waiter, was super attentive and made every meal special.

The five-course dinners were absolutely delicious, and the spa treatments were out of this world, even for the kids! the noise from the busy main road outside was pretty disruptive at night.
